Margi Beaver
Margi Beaver
Owner - Management and Finance
As the owner of Hollywood Cheer and Tumble, I first wanted to say that every child has a chance. Every child has different needs, talents, personalities, and outlooks on what life means to them, and we as adults must recognize that.
My job at Hollywood Cheer and Tumble is ensuring the kids get everything they need and more. Training and working with kids goes beyond what they learn in class. Hollywood Sports Center staff and I hope to make a positive impact on each child. I hope to give each child the ability to succeed and the confidence that perhaps they were once lacking. I've done my job if I can make a difference in at least one child's life.
Patrick Cowherd
Partner/Coach/Allstar Director and New Business Development
Patrick is a Humanitarian, Leader, Athlete... A former cheerleader with the (18) Eighteen-time NCA National Champions, the University of Louisville in Kentucky, and the (11) eleven-time National Champions, Trinity Valley Community College (TVCC) in Athens, Texas.
Patrick has made an impact on the cheerleading and Gymnastics industry. He is a three-time Collegiate All-American, a Co-ed Partner Stunt national titleholder, and is ranked as one of the top coaches in the nation. In addition, Patrick has produced six cheerleading training videos and is an award-winning choreographer for high school, collegiate, and all-star teams. He is also a safety certified and a former high school and collegiate instructor for NCA. Patrick also judges state, national, and international events and was once sat on the USASF National Advisory Board.
Patrick has been brought on to help with new business and customer relations as well as to help with the transition of athletes who want to cheer at the Collegiate level. Patrick currently has a division (Paragon XL) within his PC Brands company which has had mounds of success in the area of helping athletes get recruited by collegiate coaches.

Joyce Whitaker
Human Resources
Joyce was the former Vice President of Operations of COA, LLC. in Columbus, OH. She also previously held the title of Human Resource Senior HR Director, for JAMBrands, Inc. in Louisville, KY. She holds an extensive resume within the non-profit, small business and spirit industry sectors.
Joyce is a results-driven HR Professional with over 15 years' experience creating innovative business solutions and HR initiatives that promote employee and company growth. Proven success managing multi-site operations and establishing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational objectives.
Currently Joyce is the COO of PC Brands and located in Carmel Indiana and she is a partner in PC Brands Solutions a company providing sports /business- human resources management to startup businesses and spirit industry clients within the United States. PC Brands Solutions differentiates itself in the market by aiming to satisfy not only small business owners but actual customers; the corporate clients. The company does this by emphasizing services that increases productivity and by providing comprehensive ongoing service and training to the customer.
Pam Doner-Saxhaug

Pam is no stranger to the cheer industry. She has been involved with the school, rec, and all-star cheer for many years. Some of her highlights include:

Tiy Fountain
Summer Guest Coach
Tiy Fountain has been in the cheerleading realm since 1985, starting as a cheerleader for Milton Hershey High School in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He was a three-time High School National Cheerleaders Association All-American. Tiy attended Florida International University majoring in Public Relations. He was a two-time Collegiate All-American and Grand National Champion for the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA). He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Thomas Edison State University.
Tiy has been a member of the NCA for 13 years and was head instructor for eight years. He received the L.R. Herkimer Team Award, as well as the Top Instructor Award. American Cheerleader Magazine has ranked Tiy as one of the top 10 most influential instructors in the industry, and he has been listed in America's “Who’s Who” as an outstanding coach. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, England, Germany, Mexico, Sweden, and Chile working special events, camps, conferences, and choreography clinics.
His unique, creative vision and execution have made him sought after by organizers and producers throughout the world. He has choreographed countless parades and halftime shows including the following:
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Fourth of July Spectaculars, the Jeep Aloha Bowl, the Cheer/Dance sections for the Bowl Games of America since 2010 which includes Alamo, Champs, and Gator Bowl Half Time Performances and the 2015 Pearl Harbor Parade in Honolulu.
He gained additional notoriety when he proudly received the Spartan Hall of Fame Award for Visual & Performing Arts in Music And Vocal Performance from his alma mater, the Milton Hershey School in 2009.
Tiy has also had the unique opportunity to work with schools and organizations including Top Gun All-Stars (FL), Hayden All-Stars (GA), Twisters Elite (Sweden), Team Scotland, and Absolute Academy (Canada). He has coached the NCA Junior Co-Ed Champions 2011 World Cup Starlites, World Cup Shooting Stars “Five-time World Champions” and was awarded the World Cup Coach of the Year for 2000, 2012, and 2013. Tiy was the resident choreographer and coach at the World Cup Cheerleading Training Center for 17 years and is the owner of A Blaque Tiy Affair Choreography company.
He is currently a talent agent and manager at Milestone Talent Agency for the New York/ New Jersey and surrounding areas.
Mandy Taylor
Instructor/All Star Coach
Mandy has been in the cheerleading world for almost 20 years. She was coached by Pat Cowherd her entire cheerleading career and loves the fact that sheis able to work with him now.
Mandy also cheered at Carmel High school and was a Carmel Pup when she was younger. She has competed at the Cheerleading World's several times under the coaching of Parick Cowherd and Margi Beaver.
Mandy has a beautiful two year old daughter named Aria who inspires to be a future cheerleader.
Jade Jones

Hi!! My name is Jade, and I am 25 years old! I was a collegiate cheerleader at Iowa State University & have also coached all-star cheer. In my free time, I enjoy going to Indiana Pacers games and walking my dog Ames!
I am so excited to be a part of this program and have the ability to share my passion with you all!!! 🤍
Erica Scalia
Instructor/All-Star Coach
Erica Scalia has been a part of the cheer world for over 15 years. She cheered sideline in middle school and varsity for four years in high school in Hamilton, Ohio, and a few years of competitive teams. She continued her cheer career for 2 years at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she was fortunate to be a part of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
Erica decided to peruse an education in Athletic Training which unfortunately didn’t allow her to continue cheering. Since the end of her cheer career, coaching has quickly become the best job Erica has ever had. Starting out as a second income at first, Erica became determined to make coaching All-Stars and tumbling classes her full-time job and has seen great success in that, being able to combine both her passion for families and care for children as well as cheerleading.
Erica has been coaching and teaching for 4 years and is very excited about the opportunity to learn even more from Pat and Margi in the coming years. Erica and her husband moved to Carmel, Indiana in December of 2022 and are joyously expecting their first child in December of 2023.
Bri Doyle
Instructor/ Mini Coach
Hi! My name is Bri, and I have been cheering for 17 years, starting with recreational, cheering in middle school, doing varsity all four years of high school, and being an all-star my entire life! I am currently a therapist for special ed kids and a nanny! I am a dog lover and have my own named Oakley. I'm looking forward to coaching you at Hollywood Cheer & Tumble!
Tiffany Bemiller
Instructor/Youth Coach
Tiff has been a part of the cheer world for over 30 years. She cheered on both youth and high school squads (Varsity football and basketball and Competition) for the famed Bulldogs of Berwick PA.
After experiencing a career-ending injury, Tiff went on to coaching which she has been loving to do since 2010. Tiff coached high school sideline cheer for 4 years in Ohio, and then 2 years in Indiana at Carmel Middle School.
Tiff spent 7 years as the cheer and tumbling coordinator at the Fishers YMCA where she directed and taught numerous cheer and tumble classes as well as youth basketball cheerleading. In 2019, Tiff created the first-ever competitive recreational cheer squad within the YMCAs of the greater Indianapolis area. After a few successful seasons with the rec program, she switched gears and formed BlaYze Cheer LLC, which is an All-Star Cheer prep program.
Tiff believes first and foremost that all kids have a place in cheerleading, no matter the circumstances, and that everyone deserves a chance at this amazing sport! She also demands a safe, healthy, and fun environment for all of her athletes at all times and believes that the cheer gym should feel like a family and your cheer home!
Aside from cheerleading, Tiff has taught a total of 9 years of youth tumbling (tots to level 2) and has been a Zumba instructor since 2010. In her free time, Tiff enjoys going to live concerts, traveling, being at the beach, and hanging outdoors with her husband and 3 children.

Lexie Davis
Coach/Instructor
My name is Lexie Davis I’m a freshman 19 year old at Butler University. I’m majoring in Elementary education and minor in special education. I am on the Butler cheer team and have been doing all-star/ school cheer for 13 years. I’m very excited to work with everyone!
Darren Huang
Summer Guest Stunt Coach
Darren is from China. He is a senior at the University of Louisville who is majoring in international business. Darren is currently cheering on the Louisville Coed team. He also has a background in coaching tumbling, cheer, and stunting. He cheered for two years at Butler University. After leaving Butler Darren, went on to place in the Top 3 at the IFC World Championships. When Darren is not on the sidelines, you can find him the show Power of Rah where is plays the character of David Wu.

Lexie Saunders

Hi! I am Lexie Saunders. I have been part of the cheerleading world for 20 years. Growing up I was both an all-star and school cheerleader. I spent the majority of my all-star career being coached by both Patrick and Margi and Hollywood has always been a second home. Outside of Hollywood Cheer and Tumble, I coach the competition program at Creekside Middle School. I also teach 5th grade in Westfield. I have an extremely strong passion for cheerleading and can't wait to watch all the athletes grow!
Destiny Moore
Coach/Instructor
Destiny, originally from Griffith, IN, has been deeply immersed in the world of cheerleading for over a decade. Her journey began at a young age, where she spent years developing her skills and passion for cheerleading. While at Purdue University, Destiny became a member of the Purdue Cheer and Stunt Club, further solidifying her dedication to the sport.
After graduating, Destiny transitioned into coaching, where she has spent the past two years imparting her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of cheerleaders at Creekside Middle School. Not content with simply coaching, Destiny played a pivotal role in introducing competition cheer to Creekside Middle School, marking a historic milestone for the school's cheer program.
